We will regularly plan and evaluate weekly. We will mostly start from the reflection model about what has gone well and what we need to change next time. In department Safiren, we will mostly start from child observations, but in department Diamanten, we will have child interviews, because it is a department for big children.
Follow-up and evaluation
Follow-up = have we done what we set out to do, if not – why?
Evaluation = how did it go, do we see any results, what was good, what needs to be developed, has the child acquired a changed skill (what you want to achieve), how can we move forward – what will be the next step
Analysis
Here we enter what you have arrived at based on your documents from interviews, observations, follow-ups, evaluations, etc. In what way can we/the business achieve a higher goal fulfillment, i.e. what could we do to increase the children’s changed skills, what needs we add to reach the goal in a better way.
